Toss Australia chose to bat v Sri Lanka
Australia's captain Michael Clarke won the toss and chose to bat against Sri Lanka in the second triangular series final, after David Warner was deemed fit to take part.
Clint McKay in for Ben Hilfenhaus was the only change to the Australia XI from the first final in Brisbane, with Warner easing through warm-ups to prove himself capable of playing despite a groin strain he picked up at the Gabba.
The Sri Lankans also made one change, adding Chamara Kapugedera's middle-order batting in place of Dhammika Prasad's fast-medium bowling. The captain Mahela Jayawardene indicated at the toss that the visitors would be happy to chase a target.
Kapugedera has fond memories of Adelaide Oval, having struck a pivotal 38 from 21 balls in the first final of the 2006 triangular series to help his team to victory.
